Falcons 'til Death
Yeah, but I thought Batch gave them the best chance to win.

ChessPlayer1
http://twitter.com/KDPomp/status/23172564056Still a win either way. I believe that this means the Steelers intend to pound the rock-try to get Dixon on the outside so that he can have pass,or run options and play solid defense. DirtyBirdSupabowl
Bring Lofton up the middle first play of the game. Then when he tries to scramble bring Decoud outside on a delayed blitzed to meet him with a clothesline and that will set the tempo of the season. atljbo
Dixon kinda scare me but kinda dont. What scares me is that when our DT's are rushing the QB and we are playing man coverage... QB's are able to run. What doesnt scare me is everytime teams blitzed him this preseason.... He didnt look good and made allot of mistakes. Lofton has his work cut out for him stopping Mendenhall, so I think Spoon spying Dixon would be the best thing for our defense.
DemDirtyBirds4
Yeah, but I thought Batch gave them the best chance to win.Same with me. I think we just have to concentrate on stopping the run with Mendenhall and Dixon.I really dont see Dixon beating us with his arm. The only way I see the Steelers pulling this one off is if there D can hold our O in check and we cant stop their run game.

Duff_Man
My Pittsburgh buddies are all in a lather about this. They want Batch.
NoMoreVick
I like the speed of this defense much more in years past. I don't think running QBs will have much luck jumping to the outside and taking off on our defense. Stop the run and force Dixon to beat us. Cliche, I know, but that's how it is. sporkdevil
Steelers are probably going to run it 75% of the time, and only let Dixon drop back about 20 times (if they are smart).

paulitik
I really like Dennis Dixon a lot as a player, it's a shame we are the ones that have to ruin his young NFL career to amend for Ben Roethlesberger's sins.
DemDirtyBirds4
Steelers are probably going to run it 75% of the time, and only let Dixon drop back about 20 times (if they are smart).Thats why it would be great for the O to put some points up and get going early to force the Steelers to stray away from the run and force them to pass it. Also I think a big key will be stopping the run on first and second down and force Dixon into alot of third and longs.
Tribal Chief
Still got to play as if Big Ben is their QB. We can't under estimate his ability to throw the ball. Sure they are gonna run it but I wouldn't be surprised if they caught us off guard with a few deep balls to Mike Wallace that turns into scores

I think the game was close, and he was playing really well the first half (for a guy in his position). Then he got rattled. I would think our defense would be a really nice match up.
