Swinfordawg
per Rivals and ESPNI have a feeling the NCAA is about to get ripped a new ******* by somebody.
Swinfordawg
It's interesting how the NCAA's inability to resolve this issue in a timely manor penalizes kids that did nothing wrong. It's a cryin shame.
pr0d1gy
That's just great. NCAA SUCKS! They need to be reigned in, it's such a joke. So do the agents. It all needs to change and the NFL & ESPN need to force it.
Swinfordawg
If the NCAA would actually do something instead of sitting there with their thumb up their *** then this wouldn't be such an issue.
aPureTerror
Is it possible that A.J will miss time while having done nothing wrong? Guilty until proven innocent... Edited September 4, 2010 by aPureTerror

kingjamez
Is it possible that A.J will miss time while having done nothing wrong? Guilty until proven innocent...That's what is believed to be happening. The NCAA has not completed their investigation so they have not yet given AJ the green light. So as a result of the NCAA being slow as ****, UGA has no choice but to sit AJ until they tell him he's good. They just have to play it safe. sdogg
So they can use their communist powers and drag this out all season?
CalDawg
Well, if the NCAA is dragging their heels on this, it raises the possibility that AJ or someone in his family broke a rule. I know he's a good kid, but that doesn't eliminate the possibility he did violate NCAA rules, and the fact that Richt is erring on the side of caution suggests there is some doubt in his mind that AJ won't be punished. At this point, we just have to hope the damage is limited to a single game. Edited September 4, 2010 by CalDawg
Gritzblitz 2.0
Is it possible that A.J will miss time while having done nothing wrong? Guilty until proven innocent...It wouldn't be the first time the NCAA has done that.
SacFalcFan
it's funny how the ncaa has given bama the news on marcel, given sc information before their kickoff, but yet can't clear aj green who they met with a while ago. right.. Ransack
All I can say is that there BETTER be something if your going to drag your feet and keep a kid and an institution in the dark when everyone else is getting answers.

SacFalcFan
All I can say is that there BETTER be something if your going to drag your feet and keep a kid and an institution in the dark when everyone else is getting answers.i don't care what the issue is. remember no one and i mean no one from uga has confirmed why the ncaa wanted to talk to aj green.. there is a rumor it was about a sold jersey on ebay instead of this whole agent issue.. that is a NEW rumor from last night. if that is a true rumor than they are just waiting for confirmation on that and at worst it would be a 1 game suspension, but even if that is true then the ncaa still needs to give a ruling on it.. my issue has been the same thing: the ncaa needs to get done with the investigation and rule on it one way or the other so aj and the team knows what is up.. i am not saying the rumor above is true at all, but when you don't have info you have morons like steak and company saying "oh it's bad.. maybe real bad" crap when those who knows from michael adams on claim it's not. Nikki_Free
Wow! That would be awful! It seemed like only yesterday some players were in trouble for selling their rings. youngbloodz
I don't know if it's true or not. But AJ has to be smarter than this. Can't sell your game jersey that has NCAA written across the shoulder. You know they will come after you. But if they start paying these student athletes like I have been saying this wouldn't have happen

It's actually a hip hop board. They have a section called Cheap Seats. And they talk sports. I'm a member and the person who posted it is very credible.
