Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - Brock Bolen's 16-yard touchdown run in the second quarter helped the Jacksonville Jaguars to a 13-9 win over the Atlanta Falcons in the preseason finale for both clubs.

Josh Scobee kicked a pair of filed goals while Trevor Harris went 8-for-12 for 86 yards for the Jaguars, who finished their preseason with a mark of 2-2 and open their regular season at home against Denver on September 12.

Chris Redman went 15-for-22 for 142 yards and Matt Bryant connected on three field goals for the Falcons, who went 2-2 in the preseason and begin their regular season in Pittsburgh on September 12.

After a scoreless first quarter, Bryant connected on a 31-yard field goal to give Atlanta the lead, but Bolen punched the ball into the end zone later in the frame for a 7-3 advantage. NFL jerseys

The title is wrong. The Jaguars did not hold off the Falcons. The Jaguar scrubs held off the Falcon scrubs. We barely had any starters in the game.

According to the announcers the Jags only played 1 starter a CB Cox until he got dinged and they took him out.

BUT you are right Scrubs against Scrubs

Holy crap, it's a Jags fan sighting. That's gotta be up there with Bigfoot. So it's not a myth.

"I know it's important, I honestly do but we're talking about pre-season. We're talking about pre-season man. We're talking about pre-season. We're talking about pre-season. We're not talking about the regular season. We're talking about pre-season. ... but we're talking about pre-season right now."
