Gritzblitz 2.0
The most impressive number was the 30,000 in attendance. It will be interesting to see what they draw on a Saturday when Tech and UGA are playing.

ramblinwreck9
Tech will be lucky to have 30,000 at their game this weekend.Depends on if SC State fans travel well. I'm allowed to take shots at our fan base.I would be at the game but since my oldest daughter decided to wait a week to be born I have to throw a birthday party every opening weekend of the College football season. I've been trying to convince my wife that it will make my daughter happier to move the party up a week but she isn't buying into that. I should have married a woman that is a football fan. Gritzblitz 2.0
I doubt UGA and Tech would play at Georgia State.I mean playing on the same day, at the same time. A lot of people will stay home to watch Tech or UGA instead of going to the Dame to watch Ga State.

I will get to watch half of the game and hopefully it is decided by then. We have had this party on Sunday in the past because of the scheduling conflict. If the person getting married is really your friend then they would understand you missing the wedding for the game. If they don't understand then they really wasn't that good of a friend. A real friend would not be getting married during football season anyway.

Tampa Bay Falcon
Was at the game(of course) huge win for us last night no matter who we played. Shorter was a little mad they lost to a team that was never had a single snap in college football, so there was a little extra pushing going on with them. The student section was crazy even the alumni sections. They had to open the upper mid portion of the dome to get everyone. More impressive than the win was the support 30,237 people to see a team that has never snapped a single ball until 24 hours ago.....not bad if you ask me!
