Draftnut57
I'm first since I started this thread. When this guy is not in the lineup , it seems like our D# plays at a much lower level , JMO. But I think Erick Coleman is one tough dude that plays a lot like KB. He leaves it all on the field. Gotta love that kind of Spark plug. He makes everybody else play harder. Love his game. Seems like when he is on the field , we are in control more often than not. Yes , one players attitude can change a game. And don't come back saying you judged with a couple of preseason games, No, has nothing to do with that, I've always thought that since he has been here. Just never said anything about it. I sure hope he can stay healthy and play all season. If he does we will be a much better team and D#.
BirdWeisErrr_2
Under appreciated? Ovie Mughelli.Mughelli is a large part of our run success. Edited August 29, 2010 by RevWeisErrr

Peyton
This will sound funny, but I think Roddy White. This team will be absolutely dead if he gets hurt.

FalconTough
IMO Mike Peterson.People can't wait to get him out of the starting job, but he still is a very solid LB and even though he will probably lose the starting job later in the year, It wont be because of his play, but the youth and potential/improvement of Spoon.Same goes for Coleman. He is greatly underappreciated even though he has been great for us
Danishfalcon
Eric Weems. He is a monster in every facet of special teams. Furthermore he is developing into a solid target for Matt.
miKevicK777
i dont thnk coleman is that good, so i dont think hes underappreciatedid have to say john abraham. even when he dominated with 16.5 sacks he didnt make it to the probowl because he wasnt on a hot team, hes been a beast his whole career but doesnt get mentioned among the top DEs, and last year his sack numbers went way down but he still makes big plays and makes opponents o line commit to his side. Peyton
I don't think Roddy fits the "under-appreciated" mold. Roddy gets his recognition.Yes, but there are a lot of people on this board who actually make the argument that Roddy White is "not a true number 1" and garbage like that."If he goes down, people are going to realize just how important he is. kibitzer
Think I'll go w/McClure on this one. Much in that same special mode of Todd Weiner, former Falcon and one tough S.O.B!
Jesus
On this board it's starting to look like Ryan.
Draftnut57
Under appreciated? Ovie Mughelli.Mughelli is a large part of our run success.Well, he's really good and I love it he is a Falcon, but you do have to remember , he is the highest paid FB in the league. He's suppose to be real good. And he is.

SuperBMiller
I think it's time Michael Koenan gets some credit! He forces a ton of touchbacks on kickoffs, and has been a solid punter for us. Plus, since he handles punting and kickoff duties, he frees up a roster spot. Some teams have a kickoff specialist and a kicker. Plus it's nice to have him on the team in case of injury at the kicker position!

We have several under appreciated players on the team and even though they aren't household names they are a big part of our success. Hashbrown3
Think I'll go w/McClure on this one. Much in that same special mode of Todd Weiner, former Falcon and one tough S.O.B!I agree... McClure. I cannot disagree w/ the Mugheli thing either. Both are way underated and do their jobs to perfection w/ zero recognition. Where would Turner be without them? Draftnut57
ColemanMcClureFinn(when he is healthy) Ah ,,,,McClure. That is a good one, I've always thought that also. And Snelling would have to be my third pick. Koenon would come in forth.

Beef
I'll have to go with Peelle. And tempted to go with Jenkins.
1989Fan
since my definition of under-appreciated is a guy who is much better than he gets credit for, i will have to say Mike Jenkins is the most under-appreciated player. This pre-season has shown how valuable he is out there (not having him).
