i think Smith makes the PS again this year provided he doesn't get picked up by another team when he's cut. don't think he'll get cut this go round tho, I'm guessing CJ, and derricks, maybe TJ to give him a chance to land somewhere else, Bear Woods, and one of the UDFA WR's we have, that's my five for now

I too, think Trey makes the team. I left Walker and Wilson in for now, although, I know we'll probably go w/2 QBs and one to the PS. Agree w/Chevis. I really, really didn't like putting Schillinger on my cut list, but dang he's got some stiff competition.

I'll give you the argument for Johnson. May have gotten him and Hawley confused. Working off a spreadsheet, so I'll go back and check.

Meier is already done. Palmer is outperforming Peele, and Peele has had enough drops (especially crucial ala Jenks) in the past that I'm just hoping that's the way it turns out.

Schillinger, as I said already, tough pick, but he's got some serious competition to make the team IMO.

I went back and looked. Is it any good if ya swap Hawley and Johnson? Cause I think you're probably right about that, now.

This is the first year I've ever attempted to do any Ms. Cleo type predicting on roster cuts, so the criticism doesn't bother me in the least, btw.

Never heard of some of these guys, but if these aren't our players, then blame the AF website. The information was pulled from the roster they had listed.

Edit: btw, that was about maybe 2 weeks ago?

Edit again: And some guys may have already been cut in that time. I think the total was around 79 or 80 when I pulled it.

The list I posted is names I don't think will make the final roster. There are def some on there that I would hope make - and STAY - on our PS.

How many Safeties do you think we'll keep? Cause I like Schillinger, too, but I can't see him beating out Moore, Coleman, and Decoud. So where would he fit in?

He will make the team because he is the 4th best Safety on the team and we will probable carry 4 Safeties. I mean he is not competing to start; he is only competing against Giordano (Sp?) for #4 spot and he hasn't played that well. Schillinger will have to show some ST prowess to stick around long for long haul.

Thanks, that's the kind of feedback I was looking for. 4 seems deep to me, but what do I know? I think my biggest challenge w/any of this, is I keep looking at it as 53 man roster is what I'm trying to get it down to.

Gonna mess w/it some more tomorrow. We have some good problems this year, in terms of selecting who to cut, who to keep, who to put on PS etc... Actually, I think my list had keeping JPW on the roster as well, but I'm guessing there's probably a spot there that they won't use.
