ConnFalcon
I like your team, however you may need to upgrade your RB's. Grant is alright (inconsistant), but I'm hearing that Addai is going to be catching more passes this year, and Donald Brown is going to be the featured back. Not to mention Addai never really gets that many rushing yards.
muskokas finest ©
Did you get stuck with the 12th pick. You're set at QB and I like Grant, but you don't have any home run hitters, go-to players who can go wild at any time.

Alot guys in my league picked and didn't pay attention to the bye week and have up to 6 players not playing at a given time and no one on the bench to replace them. I am able to keep my team filled with players and take advantage of that.We play a QB - RB/RB - WR/WR/WR - TE - RB/WR - WR/TE/RB/QB - K/K - DEF/DEF and only 7 bench players. Right now in our league of 12 teams it is slim pickings as far as Running Backs are concerned. The one guy who is stacked on RBs is hurting on QBs - He has Derek Anderson and Josh Freeman. He Be Doomed!

Getting a lot of players with the same bye leaves you screwed for that one week, but gives you an advantage during the rest of the weeks 4-10 games. How much time did your draft take? I have a 20 rounder scheduled tonight and hate the thought of waiting while some of these guys poke through lists.

Yahoo autopick now picks within the first 10 seconds instead of waiting the full 2 minutes. As far as my thinking on byes I plan for the long run. We have 6 play-off spots and the guys who draft fantasy heavy hitters often make it to the higher rounds while I sneak in at 5 or 6. Then it never fails the heavy hitters get less playing time and my guys play full games. 2 Championships in three years with a #2 & #3 finish mixed in over four years. Been working out just fine for me.
