East ATL a.k.a TROLL 446
Let me start off by saying that I know it was only practice today, and our #1 CB Dunta Robinson wasn't playing. However, all i heard on EVERY talk sports radio show today was how bad our secondary got burnt by the Brady/Moss combo. Granted I know that Brady and Moss have hooked up to make a lot of defenses look bad. But all i've been hearing this off season is how much more improved our secondary will be this year. What gives? I wasn't at camp today, could someone who was there give there take on it?
Dale4Saul2Red0 161
Overreacting is always fun. #1 CB not playing means the secondary we marched out there wasn't improved. Brady/Moss combo makes most units look average. You really shouldn't need an explanation when you know Dunta was out and not participating. Read your first sentence then stop. Common sense bro. Practice involves no pressure, no threat of being hit, no knocking a QB off his rythmn. and in 7 on 7 drills, no real pressure or pocket collapsing, etc... i think you know where i'm going with this. You put one of, if not the most accurate passer in the NFL in a practice scenario with one of the tallest, fastet, and gifted recievers in the NFL, without anything gamelike to distract or disrupt rythmn, EVERY secondary is going to get torched on a consistent basis. Testasparo 10
Minimal contact practice drills. Who cares.
IN_Falcon 68
Robinson was out. Grimes was out. Williams just came back. There was no pass rush because it was 7 on 7. With no time constraint, receivers have more time to get open. Just chillax.

paulitik 15,177
7 on 7s with no pass rush, no Dunta, no Grimes, the Greatest QB in modern NFL after Montana with the 2nd best WR in the Modern NFL history after Rice, should burn our second string CBs, easily. norbendon 227
It was in pass skeleton...advantage offense. Our best two corners weren't out there (D-Rob and Mighty Mouse)...advantage offense...no cause for worry yet.Good news is that our d-line supposedly dominated their o-line
King ED 413
This guy burnt our second string CBs? No way! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AduLRhKSh78Notice how his sportscenter highlight reel catches out number most career receptions for most other WRs.

kane#7 4,234
Dunta and grimes were out our two most talented guys. It was also two Hall of Famers doing it to us in flag football..... they would have won that superbowl against the giants if it was flag football

Tootie Quivers 500
Wait, you're telling me that a 3 time Super Bowl winning QB, who also holds the record for most TD's in a season, and the most athletically gifted WR in NFL history hooked up for a long TD in a practice against our #2 CB's in a no QB pressure situation? We might as well mail it in the rest of the year.

DirtyBirdSupabowl 420
Any QB in the league can be successful against any D if there is no pressure. The thing that should get more attention is Chevis picking off Brady.
