BenB321
It would be interesting to hear Mike Smith honestly answer the question if he had to pick between either Biermann or Jamaal to have on his team who would he pick. I know I would pick Biermann with no hesitation. He makes more impact plays and I believe without a doubt he has more upside and potential to get better. Every year he gets better and last night he was a monster causing a potential game changing fumble. I believe Sidbury has markedly improved his game as well. Anyway my vote is for the Beerman! Jaymadd
Biermann is going to be an obvious answer when it comes to DE, but JA98 is proving to be a solid pass rushing DT. ON one play dude was the quickest defender off the line(Abe or Biermann where in). At this point I would rather keep both of them and let go of Chauncey Davis or Trey Lewis. Likely we keep them both and V Walker, T Lewis or T Johnson; one or all, gets cut
Jaymadd
I also think that #96(stephens) and #64 are making a push at the DE position too, so Davis really needs to step his game up soon or he is going to be a roster cut.
Evo
Bierrman has 2 sack in his rookie year, JA98 had 2.5 sack in his whole entire carrer...END OF DISCUSSION.btw im not saying JA98 should be cut.

I liked what I saw in Anderson last night too but I got to say Biermann looked even better. Step up to the plate and pick one or the other my Falcon brother. On a Side note - I am watching the replay of the Eagles - Jags game and Brandon Graham looked like he could be a special talent in the league. Knight of God
Actually more tired of Davis than Anderson. At least Anderson can play DT...what can Davis do?
SWIFT HITTER
is this a serious question ? lolAnderson should be cut first of all but if were forced to stick with this guy for 1 more year he should only see action at DT on running situations..Outside then leave him on the bench .lol @ the thought of playing Anderson starting at DE ..... millenium falcon
i rate biermann and sidbury both higher at LDE than anderson.they can actually turn the corner and wrap up the QB unlike anderson, who cant even wrap up straight up the middle. there is a lot of excitement over his new found ability to get around OG's, but he still does'nt show the ability to finsish. its like the two kids from the movie sex drive whose "ability to open was heroic, but they could'nt close." look at the bright side, atleast he's half way there. it still does'nt increase his sacks though(KC). At least Anderson can play DT...what can Davis do?good point, i may not be impressed with anderson's end results still, but he is showing marked improvement on the front half of his pass rush. now if we could just put magnets in his gloves, and steel plates in the pads of opposing QB's before games. "WOW what a sack by anderson! it looked as if he were going to run right past the QB and then in mid air he just reached out to the side and used the force to tracter beam the QB into his clutches."that said, davis may be looking over his shoulder at an UDFA, because henley showed up and stephens looks atleast PS worthy as well. TD did MUCH better with UDFA's this year than ever before.
swgadirtybird
Seriously there maybe 3 people on this whole board that might pick JA so explain why you needed a poll to get the opinion of board members to decide Biermann or Jamaal.

AS a matter of fact they got more snaps than Davis did in the first preseason game.

In fact Sids measurables are about the same as Grahams except that Sid was bigger and certainly much bigger now. Next year we jettison Davis and look to add another top quality DE with Abe slowing down. Here are the measurables on Sid, Graham and Kroy when drafted:1. Sid 6'2.5" 266 4.642. Graham 6'2" 250 4.653. Kroy 6"3" 246 4.75 Edited August 14, 2010 by BenB321

millenium falcon
i'm one of 3 people on this whole board that would pick JA. this is my impression of us...  :wacko:if you wish to be a part of the conversation, make sure you have something of value to add. you could have started your own thread to discuss this. sure it would have only been one page with only 3 posts, but that is only because people who disagree will not discuss their opposite view in your thread, because the appropriate thread already exists here. millenium falcon
Agreed Swifty but look who the starting LDE is on paper. many of the "starters" listed for game one were out of respect for last years team by our coaches. there are guys in the starting lineup of game one, that might not make the 2010 team. millenium falcon
Unfortunately there are more than three, moron.i dont know, that moron may be right. JA literally has 3 votes so far.lets see if we can guess who they are! obviously that guy, i'd say gazoo is 2, and #3 would be JA98 himself. if his vote does'nt count then one of gazoo's nut huggers falconsfaithful or vel. their vote's together only counts as one though because they are little parasites that follow the big shark gazoo around suckling whatever scraps flow down to the testicular region.
