Preseason, blah blah blah.

Yes, I don't put much stock in preseason games, even though the New England "ones" put a whoopin' on the Aint "ones".

It was just fun to watch. I love watching the gold and black lose, preseason or not.

YOU lost

Panties and Taints. Getting worked over. That is what I call FUN!!

First preseason game was 17-7 when they finally gave Brees a rest midway through the second quarter. Had to leave him in there a long time just to see some production out of the first unit offense. Oh, and obviously because the NFLN is sick of all that pro-Saints talk BS, they mercifully did not switch to any local Saint broadcast in the second half like they normally do. Saved me from having to turn the sound off.

And the Panties could only muuster a few field goals.

Last night was almost as great as tonight will be when the Falcons put a hurting on the Chiefs.

Eat it, Rivals!!

Yeah it was fun watching our weak defensive line full of practice squad castoffs and nobodies collapse the pocket and get constant pressure on one of the better offensive lines in the league with a vanilla four man rush.

And they did. Both LOSE

Your starters lost to their starters and your second teamers lost to their second teamers AND your scrubs lost to their scrubs.

That was cool when that happened!

If it's true about how the jaguars and David Garrard shredded your defense in a scrimmage, I wouldn't be so quick to talk.

well it was first pre season game...and it was the chiefs...so im not putting any stock into it....yet compared to last years first pre season game where we let the lions score all over us. it does spark some hope.

your defense looked good against the pass.

I did see alot of chiefs n the backfield though.

It was the Chiefs, plus Charles and McCluster were having a field day running against yall during the few carries they got.

9 carries for 62 yards, 6.9 YPC.

They did look good against the pass, but like I said it was the Chiefs.

they got most of those against our 2nd team D. our starting D held KC to 15 yards in the 1st qtr.

that said it was KC and boring *** preseason. <_<

I WAS JUST GLAD TO SEE FOOTBALL AGAIN.

I LIKED WHAT I SAW IN ALL THE GAMES.

I JUST LIKE WATCHING FOOTBALL.

I'm with you. I enjoy watching the young players get some work this time of year. Watching the draft picks, the latest camp beasts, seeing if the young backups are progressing toward a starting slot.

Only preseason game I don't like is the last one as by then I'm ready for it all to count. ^_^

None of yall understand what the op is trying to say. He's not saying your team looked horrible, He's not saying your starters looked like 3rd stringers, he's saying you lost. Pre season or not, how can you not like when a rival loses?

When it doesn't count!!!!

More importantly, it was a vanilla preseason game.

You're right, 10-7 midway through the second when Brees came out.

But still, though it was a vanilla preseason game that doesn't mean anything to the regular season...

I STILL LOVE WATCHING THE SAINTS, PANTHERS, AND BUCCANNEERS LOSE!!!! :)
