xxstealth
Brent Grimes was by far the stand out corner in the lot, Chevis Jackson also made his presence known.Spoon looked pretty good against the run, Friday will give us the whole picture. The D looked, about the same as it did last year. No Dunta, and David Garrard didn't have a very hard time moving the ball down field on the D. It was a little discouraging, but hey, that is what training camp is for.I did see actually witness a blitz and Lofton would have had the sack.No Peterson, Moore, Jerry, Robinson. - Jerry didn't even dress out again, I think the problem is way worse then we are being told. If he was medically cleared I figured he would at least stretch and do sideline drills.

birds_till_death
Seems like your opinion here is in the minority....In another thread he's been listed as a starter for our first preseason game against the Chiefs. i saw that, but on the front falcons page there is a link to smith saying jerry is not playing vs the chiefs and that the depth chart is fluid and is changing daily

DaveTheBirdGuy
Not too worried about Jerry, Coach Smith is just being precautious with the kid, no need to rush any of our injured players. What matters is who's not a 100% when we kick off week 1. Even without Big Ben the Steelers are gonna be tough and we are gonna need all of our ammo on both sides of the ball.
