Brandon Graham-DL- Eagles Aug. 4 - 2:25 pm et

"There's no way" the Eagles can keep first-round DE Brandon Graham out of the starting lineup, according to ESPN.com's Matt Mosley.

It's already the second glowing report we've seen today of Graham's impressive play in camp. His initial burst is described as "pretty remarkable," and he's also sporting "nice counter moves." We consider Philly the top fantasy defense, and Graham's emergence only solidifies that ranking.

First-round DE Brandon Graham has reportedly been a beast so far at Eagles camp.

Graham is dropping jaws already with his relentless energy and powerful pass-rushing. He's been running with the second team, but that won't last for long. With Graham on one side and Trent Cole on the other, this Eagles defense is going to make plenty of big plays yet again this season.

Calvin Johnson-WR- Lions Aug. 4 - 2:01 pm et

Calvin Johnson has been "pretty much unstoppable" in training camp despite "excellent" coverage by CB Chris Houston.

According to beat writer Tom Kowalski, the Lions are forcing the ball to Johnson in the redzone, and he's making the catch "almost every time." To keep the defense guessing, he's running more than just fade routes. Johnson is a good bet to lead all receivers in touchdowns this season.

The boards have been kinda slow lately, so i just thought these were funny! I think its hilarious how the people that thought graham only had one move, they are wrong! The KID is going to be a stud. And secondly, when ahve you ever heard the word "excellent" used by chris houstons name!

Graham will be a monster. I think everyone knew that, why he fell so far is beyond me. Dude is a complete DE, can play the run and rush the passer. Jags will be kicking themselves soon.

As for Houston, I think being within 10 yards of a guy in Detroit is consider excellent.

"I'm used to the hazing part because that's what I was brought up on - being hazed, when I first got there [Michigan] as a freshman," Graham said during an interview with WIP. "It's a continuous thing. It's just all about respect. That's all. You should respect the ones that have been there before you. If I was Dez Bryant, I would have did it, because it's not anything that they're trying to do that's a bad thing. It's just a fun experience to go through because later on, there'll be memories."

Graham went on to say that Bryant sent the wrong message to his new teammates.

"It's a big stamp on you, saying that you're selfish, that you wouldn't fight for your teammates, because him saying that he's here for the Super Bowl and stuff, that's a lot of talk for him," Graham said. "He's a selfish guy if he doesn't do what they ask him to do because he knows it's going to come. He knows coming in, that's what you have in the back of your mind. 'I'm a rookie again. I know I'm about to get hazed.' But some people just really don't like that stuff and you can't get around it."

I was all over Brandon Graham way before he became a popular target on these boards. He flew under the radar for a long time because he was that undersized defensive end on some poor Michigan teams. But the dudes LIVES in the backfield... whether it's on running plays or passing plays. He is relentless and he always has been, plus he's got a great work ethic and attitude. He would have been a great Falcon, but we got another great player that I've been high on for longer than Graham in Sean Weatherspoon.

Love Graham's quotes about Dez Bryant. I didn't like it at all when Dez just flat out dissed Roy Williams. Like him or not, whether he's been productive in Dallas or not, he is the veteran and Dez is the rookie. Dez should just swallow his pride and let the stats pile up before running his mouth and acting like he's bigger than anyone else on the team.

Chris Houston usually does have 'excellent' coverage on Receivers, the problem always has been he doesn't do anything about stopping them from catching the ball. I'm really glad he's not on our team anymore, and I don't have to keep thinking maybe this will be the year he'll step up and get his head around to look for the football.
