PittsCreek
I was just watching sports center and the question asked to the guy was:"Is Dallas the team to beat in the NFC?" And the reporter said:"Dallas is the team to beat in the NFC East, but I still like Minnesota if Favre comes back. I really like GB, I like what they are doing. Atlanta is going to be up there. And of course there is the Saints."It wasnt much but to be named with those other teams is a good sign that the league is taking notice of us. That means absolutely nothing what he said, other than he wants the Cowboys to win.

He said Dallas will be the team to beat in the EAST but he is picking Minnesota as long as Favre comes back to win the NFC. I dont see how you got him saying Dallas is going to win when i even put they are the team to beat in the East.
RyanFan2
The NFC is as loaded as ever. It's going to be a really tough road to the SB but I believe we can get there and win it all.
Captain Falcon
It seems like all the "insiders" are really hyping up about us. They probably know things we don't. People showing up big in offseason camps probably. They really have no reason to put us up there if it wasn't for the fact that they are getting some inside information that some guys are looking to have some breakout years.Think about it. You could argue that1. we have an offense that underachieves2. Our defense has only added one starter over the offseason who a lot of Texan fans claim was very overrated. I'm just thinking these insiders are hearing amazing things from people inside our organization. imExcited.

We have a REALLY young team who had 1 great season (2008) and one ok season (2009). The players now with 3 years of experience:Matt Ryan-Obviously our most important position, he now knows what its like to go up against good defenses with last years scheduleCurtis Lofton-Our QB of the defense, he has been a vital part of our defense and one of the reasons we were ranked in the top 10 in rush defense last yearSam Baker- I wish he could stay healthy because i think he is going to be a vital part of our o-line with the new influx of youth.Heavy Chevy-Had a down year last year but from what the reports have been hes doing a lot better during OTA'sHD 83- Yea he didnt play last year but im sure he studied a lot of film, and im sure he knows the playbook inside out nowThomas DeCoud-Arguably our best secondary player as of right now, has a knack for the ball and is all over the fieldThe Beerman- Hopefully he is going to be a huge part of this defense this year, has an UNREAL motor.Experience is going to help this team a lot, the last 2 years the team has shown flashes of what we can be when firing on all cylinders. I think Falcons nation is finally getting the attention of the country

But I have heard of at least 2 "experts" including steve wyche say how amazed they were when they saw how good specific players looked at OTAs. Especially Michael Turner. And random note, your sig is incredible. Edited July 25, 2010 by FinneranForever
