Despite our big bats not producing

We are still winning ballgames. Troy, Heyward and Hinske have basicly been no help at all over the last 3 to 4 weeks yet we are still winning. If we can win with our offense playing pretty bad, think about what we can do with a healthy Heyward and hopefully healthy Troy back in the lineup. We should dominate the second half of the season and win this division with ease.

Very few teams have all 8 hitters going at the same time for any length. Yet, the Braves currently have 7 hitters (Prado, McCann, Heyward, Glaus, Hinske, Jones, and Infante) with OPS+ over 100. The Braves are a good hitting team.

Diaz has been on fire since his return from the DL. Heyward and McLouth should be back soon. This team is in very good position to have a strong second half.

According on Mark Bowman a NL scout that is watching McLouth's minor league rehab games says he looks the best he has all year. So maybe all that time away from the pressure allowed McLouth to relax and he can really help us in the 2nd half. :)

Oh and McLouth hit a homerun today and had 2 hits and is 4 for 11 (.364) and only 2 strikeouts so far in his rehab at Gwinnett.

Great news FF567. With both Heyward and McLouth coming back, it can take the Braves out of the trade talks and losing players like Freeman and Minor. While the Braves looks like buyers, it's going to have to take on **** of a trade to make Braves nation be happy with the lack of power this lineup has had and to still be productive.
