ConnFalcon
I have had it for a while, and just wanted to see if anyone one the board has it and how you cope. I take muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory but it only helps so much. Honestly the best way to make the pain go away is laying on the floor. eatcorn
Physical therapy is really the only way to deal with it. Hot baths with Epsom salts also help a lot.

The spurs will eventually come back, but a re-boring should do the trick again.

Maybe I should consider it at this point.
LouDog
Dude I also have it and ill tell ya what helps me. Find a pull up bar but instead of doing pull ups just hang there for a few minutes. You can actually feel your muscles start to losen up and it will buy you a few hours of relief at a time.

shc
Try doing reverse hyper extensions. You get a similar effect to the hanging upside down that LouDog mentioned or using an inversion table. You essentially want to put your lower back in traction.

I just hang on a bar like you are going to do pullups but dont pull yourself up, just hang
