VY is an enigma. Maybe a bust, its not like he is considered rookie, or even a 2nd or 3rd year guy, he's been around long enough to have proved something, and he hasn't fulfilled that promise yet.

thats why i said he should be a little lower...although when he has played,he has won more games than hes lost by far :D

What? Our third year QB is number 15 in a preseason rating?? Really? That's supposed to upset me?

Not a problem, Brees deserves his ranking, but where would Brees have been rated after his second year? He played so badly his second year, the chargers drafted another QB.

Drew's second year was 2002. Rivers was drafted in '04. Why don't Falcons fans know anything about football?

It's nice to see you guys tone down your expectations of your $72 million game manager, though. Going into last year, he was supposed to eclipse basically everyone who ever played the position. But for now, we'll settle for 15th after a sophomore slump.

Hey, year three is when the lights come on.... maybe he can inch up to 12th and knock off the guy you guys cast off in favor of Vick (right before he got sent up to the bighouse).

It Joe horn he just tries his hardest to make falcons fans mad. Im pretty sure every falcons fan with even a little common sense has always givin brees his props. He's a Top QB and that's the one position that you compare between us and you and i'll say hands down you got it. And alot of falcons fans agree. We jut pick fun at the breesus thing

Ryans gonna get his in the long run... But them putting cutler right after us is a bit of an insult :D

I'm so terribly sorry that I got the dates wrong. I was doing it from memory and, this may amaze you, but I don't care enough about opposing QBs to have memorized every career detail bout them. Brees did play so badly early in his career that his team drafted a replacement.

And the point I'm making is Ryan is much further along after year 2 than Brees was at the same point. For that matter, take a look at the elite QBs today when they were in their second year and see where they would have been on a similar list.

Most of them, like Brees, wouldn't have been on it at all- they wouldn't have qualified because they weren't starting.

My confidence in Ryan's success is in the traits he shares with Brees- a fierce determination to win and the work ethic to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

15 is just fine, lets see what it is at the end of this year.

Olb from the jags, 4th yr player Fujitas replacement I guess.

not saying he's the best, but he did start has some sacks, hits hard.

By some sacks you mean...5.5 right? I know a little about the guy and he is a hit stick. But he has never really impressed me.

He's not the best, but 5.5 sacks in 4 yrs for an OLB isn't that bad man. It's not great, but **** I wil take him, he's better then what we have now at the position.

In a 4-3 defense.
