I think seattle is going to be a force in that division. I think they come out as a wildcard. I also think Cincy is going to be a force too. They'll have to beat bmore to get a shot. Niether team is better than us though. ;)

Cincinnati won thier division last year so they can't really be called a sleeper.

I can see Seattle making a run for the play-offs but not as a wildcard - that would mean that the NFC West puts 2 teams into the play-offs (Division winner & wildcard) and I just don't see that happening at all.

My Sleepers:

NFC: Bears (Cutler finally manages a winning record in the regular season as a starter)

AFC: Jaguars (They leap-frog the Texans & Titans in their division)

I wasn't satisfied with just leaving my guess at just the names, I'll give you why:

Raiders - That defense was already pretty decent with Nnamdi manning the corner spot. They got Richard Seymour to help out that defensive line last year and he'll continue to help them out. I think getting McClain was a great pick for them because now they're going to have a really nice defense and that's where they'll need to make it happen. The Raiders have continuously made horrible picks but some of those horrible picks are turning into nice rotational role players or even starters (see Robert Gallery).

Also, they have improved a lot offensively. Getting Campbell was a STEAL for a 4th rounder in 2012. I think the guy is a top 10 QB in this league if he gets some protection and a couple of weapons. He might not get that in Oakland but it certainly can't get much worse than the Redskins. The offensive line doesn't look to bad right now if they can get either Valdheer or Campbell to pan out as a starting tackle. They've got a decent RB tandem in McFadden/Bush. It could obviously be improved but it's not the worst. They've also got one of the better TEs in the league for Campbell to throw to. Look out for the Raiders this year, or maybe next.

Lions - This team has been terrible for a long time. However, they're finally looking like they might have a good team. Detroit has had one of the best offseasons out of any team. They'll need at least one of their young corners to shine but their pass rush should help that out big time with the additions of Vanden Bosch, Williams and Suh. They'll need some help at the O-line but their RB tandem should be very good and they have plenty of great weapons for Stafford to throw to.

In their division usually the Steelers and the Ravens are the favorite. I like Detroit I think thats a concensus.I shouldve polled this. Im not too certain on the Raiders theyve been losing for a long time

The Redskins.

Seattle's a good pick, too.

There's another team in the South that has a pretty good squad...I think they call themselves the FALCONS! I think we're considered sleepers. No one really talks about us except for a handful and when they do talk about us, they consider us a team to be reckoned with..

AFC-

Texans - really been improving the last few years. Shaub has turned into a pretty darn good QB for them.

NFC-

Bears - hardly a reach, but a team that added some big time talent at several positions. Because of the

strength of their division i suspect thier season will be up and down, but Chicago is one place you dont wanna have to go and play this season, especially in the playoffs.

I would have to say Oakland since that useless pile of Coogi clothing is no longer the QB, We saw what Gradkowski did when he had a chance to play. With Campbell at QB they win 4-5 more games and get an AFC Wildcard.

Second pick would be The Packers,Theres just something about Arron Rogers - Besides Matty Ice he is definitely my favorite QB. If the O line can keep him upright they will make a nice playoff push

Though the Texans are loaded with talent they are constantly overlooked by the Colts, for obvious reasons, and the Titans, since the media loves nothing more than the Vince Young story and overrating him beyond belief. Their defense has been improved somewhat and if their running backs can remember how to hold onto a ball then they'll have a great season.

Though a bigger sleepers would be the Chiefs and Raiders. They won't get a Wild Card spot in all likelihood but they can make a run to winning a weak division. The McDaniels led Broncos are comical and I don't see them being much of a threat for a while and the Chargers are the most underachieving team in the league. Meanwhile in Kansas City the Chiefs are an overall mediocre team talent wise but made their biggest moves in the off-season by getting some of the best coordinators in the league who know how to make the best of a situation. Also, in Oakland, it at least appears that Al Davis has given up on the failed vision of his team that he had years ago and decided to draft smart and trade smart. If he continues to shock everyone then he'll also completely give up on the Russell tragedy and start Campbell, who is lightyears better than Russell and would be considered one of the better QBs in the league if he didn't have a practice squad O-line protecting him in Washington for years.

Meanwhile in the NFC, it seems a lot more cut and dry. That isn't to say that the divisional winners are obvious but that you know who is going to be competitive and who isn't. The NFC South and NFC East will both be the most competitive divisions in the league next season, though, especially if the Bucs attempt to continue the NFC South trend of Worst-to-Playoffs.
