I don't know much about this guy except for the article I read on him

My link"]rob bruggerman

It is really nice to know that some people leave this team without a grudge. Rob said he learned from the team and had great experience with learning from our centers. unlike brooking and vick (which supprised me that he is being this way towards the falcons)

anyhow does anyone know if by chance if we got anything for him? I doubt even know what the bucs could offer us cause first of all they have no one (LOL that buc fan shuold like that), but second of all Rob was just on the practice squad.

rofl if he was on the practice squad we got nothing.....(for nothing)

theres nothing the bucs could give us. they still have nothing. there best player is there first round draft pick.

Cedar Rapids native Bruggeman spent year in NFL learning

Posted on May 01, 2010 by Scott Dochterman.

IOWA CITY — Cedar Rapids native Rob Bruggeman has no goals for the NFL season, unless he’s unwilling to share the details.

“I don’t really make expectations for anything,” Bruggeman said. “I just go try to do the best I can and go from there.”

Bruggeman, 6-foot-4 and 293 pounds, is an offensive lineman for the Atlanta Falcons. After the 2009 NFL draft, Bruggeman signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He lasted with the team until the final round of cuts and then signed with Atlanta, which placed him on its practice team.

“(Atlanta) was a good spot for me,” Bruggeman said. “I could learn from an experienced center, actually a couple of them in Todd McClure and Brett Romberg. It was a good place to be my first year. I enjoyed myself.”

Bruggeman, a Cedar Rapids Washington graduate who was second-team all-Big Ten at Iowa in 2008, spent most of the off-season training in Atlanta but returned to Cedar Rapids for a few weeks. He caught up with his former teammates, but rarely do they discuss football.

“To tell you the truth, we kind of catch up on other stuff when we hang out,” he said.

Atlanta has 12 offensive linemen, and most teams keep about eight for the regular season. Bruggeman has worked at center and guard.

“You don’t want to hope that anybody gets hurt or anything, but at the same time you want to play,” Bruggeman said. “I’m just excited and ready to step up if I have the chance.”

As you can see he says he is still with the Falcons. The OP needs to improve his reading comprehensive skills.
