falconslife
IMO it is usually a LB award. They rack up alot of tackles, and that usually plays alot into award.Berry could get it though.Spoons Stat Predictions:127 Tackles 2 Sacks 4 INT
GuerillaOntology
I'd be down for that.
Frenzy™®
wow, 127 tackles? 4 INTs? really?
MattIceRyanMVP2
He'll get 231 tackles, 23 sacks, and 12 INTs. :PRealistic stats:70-80 tackles(over/under?), 2 sacks, 1 INT. Solid rookie year, can't expect him to be Derrick Brooks right way. Edited April 25, 2010 by MattIceRyanMVP2
SWIFT HITTER
LOL 127 tackles...have you watched Spoon my man ...Spoon is not getting 127 tackles...He might not even start the season Spoon is a solid LB in coverage is his strong point Lets just say he can be a improved Michael Boley with a lil more swag were not talking about a tackling machine...Yeah his college numbers were good but Lofton racks up our tacklesWeatherspoon realistic numbers 60 tackles FF/INT
Jesus
its hard to get that many tackles on the outside in this system

SWIFT HITTER
Please shut up the crap I read from you is dumb. We drafted Sean to start and he will have more than 90 tackles bank on that.so your giving up on Stephen Nicholos ?
MattIceRyanMVP2
You know Spoon WILL start. We wouldn't of drafted him with our 1st round DP and sit him.
xFalconLord
How about 16 starts... thats the stat I would put my money on
A-TowN.-
so your giving up on Stephen Nicholos ?Did I say that? Spoon will play Weakside and there will be a battle between Nicholas and Peterson. Whoever can cover better will win and I'm guessing Nicholas
Abe
The 3-4 we run every now and then will look good with those four guys out all at once.
Jp7833
91 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 Forced Fumble, 1 maybe 2 INT'sSeems like a more realistic rookie year for him IF* and thats a big IF* he is nearly as dominant in the NFL as he was in college. Guy is a stud tho. Thats certain.
paulitik
I love the optimism. The DROY will be a horse race between Suh, Berry, Earl Thomas, and SPOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!
wordtobigbird
lol @ people predicting tackles and plays like FFs and INTs.. he could get two tipped picks in one game or have a RB just drop the ball when he grabs his ankles and get those stats. those stats are about as meaningless as they come. Falconsken
so your giving up on Stephen Nicholos ?Your nothing but a whiney *** know it all *****.
Beef
I love Spoon but he'll be competing with Lofton, D-Rob, Grimes, Moore, & DeCoud for tackles. His coverage stats will be higher than what you guys predict while tackles will be lower.More like 60-70 tackles, 3-4 sacks, 10-12 TFL's, 2-3 FF's, 12-15 pass breakups/defenses, & 3 ints. Which these are still good enough stats to win DROY I think. Depends if Suh gets 10 sacks or Berry gets 8 ints. If either of those happen, Spoon will need a couple more sacks and/or ints to get it, which is a huge stretch.
#1 pick
its hard to get that many tackles on the outside in this systemNot really, it's actually very possible in this system. We run a 4-3 Cover2.
#1 pick
I love the optimism. The DROY will be a horse race between Suh, Berry, Earl Thomas, and SPOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!I don't think Suh will be in it, but Berry and Spoon are my early favorites. Suh will face a lot of double teams from pros. Edited April 25, 2010 by #1 pick
