FightonFalcons
Sean Weatherspoon is supposed to be #56 for the Atlanta Falcons, Keith Brooking was #56 for 10 years, now that he is with the Dallas Cowboys, will Sean Weatherspoon live up to Keith Brooking well-known number along with his vocal leadership and motivation and his intensity for the game, along with how physical Brooking played, what do YOU think? coastiemike
He will be ten times the player Brooking was.
joenate
Well, the first thing he will have to achieve is playing as many games as Brooking did without many injuries and major injuries. If he can accomplish this, I believe he can be just as effective as Brooking was, hopefully even more. It is hard to make an assessment now considering he has not taken a snap. dirtybirds32842
you sure he's gonna wear 56? i heard he was going to wear
joenate
Also, one more thing. . . I had been noticing a lot of hate against Brooking. Maybe the hate comes from some of the younger fans who do not remember how effective he was before he was moved to MLB. Even at MLB he was decent. uup115
Brooking is officially the first NFL player to get forked-up by Spoon!
FightonFalcons
I saw it on Wikipedia, but I thought he was going to be #10.

nativefalcon
I hope Weatherspoon blows BrookingS doors off, all his inflated numbers. He didn't deserve to have the number retired. Glad Spoon got it.
FightonFalcons
If Brooking's number #56 is retired..........Weatherspoon must going to be #10.
A-TowN.-
10 is the year they're drafted in lol
Stryka
He will be ten times the player Brooking was.I wont say all that. Brooking was a 5 time probowler at multiple LB positions and was a playmaker in his prime with picks and ffs.I see Spoon having a similar impact while maybe being a better coverage guy because of the better speed. Goal Line D
I saw it on Wikipedia, but I thought he was going to be #10.I always thought numbers 1 - 19 were reserved for QB, K and WR.LB's are 50-59 or 90-99 Edited April 24, 2010 by Goal Line D
Jimsmusic™
as long he doesnt pile-jump/tackle own teammates hes already better.
UnrealfalcoN
10 is the year they're drafted in lollol seriously. Spoon even twittered he will wear
JOKER2
In the 70's and 80's , LB's could wear what they wanted. Brad Van Pelt on the Giants was a LB and wore #10. Even if he could wear a number like that, no way would he be wearing Bartkowski's # 10, even as a LB. Not going to happen.I'll be glad to see him wear # 56, I just may buy it this time around, never had that one before!!
FightonFalcons
Yeah, I thought I was right, I saw a #10 Jersey on Falcons Shop. Edited April 24, 2010 by FightonFalcons
