Why would we show interest in Berry unless the team had concerns about Moore stepping up to the plate?I also haven't seen a single mockdraft from anybody where Berry gets out of the top 10. JTFalcon89
We might have interest in looking at him...but no way he falls out of top 10 and no way we trade up into top 10 for him. But you never know anything is possible I would love to have him.

sporkdevil
I will write this off as the due diligence of the coaching staff.

JOEinPHX
I will write this off as the due diligence of the coaching staff. That, plus a little smoke and mirror action.
Red Rain
Vince Wilfork was projected as a top 5 draft pick (#1 overall in some mocks) right up until draft day. He fell to 21 (and has played like a top 5 draft pick ever since). You never know what might happen. If Wilfork could drop, so could Berry. sporkdevil
That, plus a little smoke and mirror action. I wish it was a little more extreme sometimes. Like Dimitroff saying, "We are going to do our best to trade up to the #1 spot and take Sam Bradford."

KANE337
Maybe the Falcons think the Bucs might take him. May as well get to know your future enemy.
phattywankenobi
They have done this since TD has been here. They meet with a lot of draftees that don't seem to make the most sense for the position they need.

Radiohead
This is nothing more than pre-draft fodder. The fact is, all of the good GMs go out at meet with the majority of the premier 1st Rounders in the draft.-- This is a move that accomplishes a couple of things. 1. It doesn't tip the franchise's hand to what they are looking at drafting if they meet with players all over the positional field.2. It helps the team evaluate players for potential future free-agency. (i.e. Dimitroff's meeting with Dunta back in 2004)
