falconcrest58
ACL, MCL, PCL ???? does amnyone know?
etherdome
My knowlege is strictly hearsay. What I heard was that his injury was not ligamentous but a bone avulsion-fracture.....a ligament stretch that resulted in a small bone chip being pulled free. The Don™
ACL, MCL, PCL ???? does amnyone know?I read from several sources that the ACL was not damaged, but other ligaments were damaged. I keep seeing "more bone-related" injury.

Voice of Reason
I know Smitty said it didn't require surgery. So, I'd rule out most ligament damage.
DaMeatTroughsEgo
I know Smitty said it didn't require surgery. So, I'd rule out most ligament damage.I'm 100% sure he had some sort of surgery.

TdotFalcon
I know I had an injured patella, aka kneecap. It is attached to your patellar ligament which runs down from your kneecap down the front of your shin, and your quad.It was painful as f#%k to have bone fragments under your kneecap, I didn't have any ligament tears, but the bone fragments under there produces a painful tendonitis that makes any pressure on the knee painful. It is just my opinion, but with everyone reporting a bone injury with no tears, and having it being short term (enough to be able to play in 2010) thats what I believe it could be.
