SacFalcFan
it's good to get these type of out of conference games under our belts.. We have some big injuries, but the reps are very good for the young guys. i hope our freshman and sophomores grow up quick. We have fsu this weekend. SacFalcFan
A classy move: "Before the game, Alabama head coach Mitch Gaspard presented the Bulldogs with a $1,000 donation to the Prayers for Chance fund for Georgia freshman infielder Chance Veazey. The donation was a collective effort from the Crimson Tide players, coaching staff and members of the Grand Slammers club. Currently, Veazey is paralyzed from the waist down as a result of a scoter accident on campus this past October."
CrimsonKat
Good for Coach Gaspard and the players on the donation.I knew UGA had a very young squad this year with basically all sophomores and freshmen. We should have a solid team if we can get some pitching -- Ross Wilson, younger brother of John Parker Wilson, can absolutely rake and we have several other guys, like Josh Rutledge, Jake Smith, Clay Jones, and Taylor Dugas, who round out our lineup nicely.
