=abrahamburger=
Nope. MV7 is his 2nd string QB and he went to him in a blowout. Should he have kept DMac in?Kolb is the 2nd string QB. Who stepped in against the Saints when McNabb was out? It wasn't Vick.

Kolb is the 2nd string and who finished the game. Vick is 3rd string....used to be 4th until they cut their 3rd string. So...yes he did it on purpose and he had planned it since the start of the season. Like I said, Reid may be an a** but he's not stupid! Isn't the rule if the #3 QB goes in a game the #1 and #2 can not go back in, or something like that? Or is that only in the 4th quarter? Not sure but I know on the gameday roster, Vick has been the actual #2 on that official roster.

Chitown2ATL_Falcon
I think we should focus on the transgressions of our team. Not Reid or the Eaglets. That was an ole school as whoopin bro. Worst than any of the other ones they gave us in the 2000s. If I'm not mistaken we only won once in the 2000s. Face it. Reid and the Eaglets flat out owned us.BUMP!! Duff_Man
Andy Reid is the smartest head coach in football…Andy’s acquisition of Vick was for one purpose and that was to create division in the Dome yesterday- and it worked! The Philadelphia fans that came to the game were almost as surprised as the true Falcon fans at the number of traitors in the stands as well as in yellow usher suits. During pre game warm-up the usher in my section allowed every Eagles fan who wanted to go down to the corner rail to do so and there was a mini pep rally going on between the fans and the Eagles players below. The same usher gave high fives to the Eagles fans when Vick made a touchdown and was laughing and cheering. When the “…we want Vick” rant started- by Eagles fans- one of them eyed me when those wearing red & black joined in. I could see in his face that he was telling me that Andy Reid could ask them to all drink arsenic laced Kool-Aid and they would enthusiastically gulp it down. (You just can’t protect stupid people from themselves.)It was a big Eagles victory/Vick homecoming party that the Falcon fans in attendance thought was a football game. The party is over now Reid got what he wanted and it will be interesting to see the amount of play time Vick gets from this point forward. Please don’t confuse Vick fans with Falcons fans- a major difference- the majority of Falcons fans left when they realized the side show was the objective.Andy Reid is widely regarded as one of the worst clock and game managers out there. He is not the smartest coach in football.

Game day Roster trumps team website roster every day.BTW - Didn't Vick play against the Falcons 1st string defense yesterday? Vick could have started and they would have put up a 40-burger.....Oh, he's back, he's definitely back!

1falconsgal
If Reid moved him to 2nd string for the game yesterday then that only shows more what I'm saying about his strategy! Funny, though that he hasn't changed him on the Eagles website on the depth roster. It remains to be seen what he will do with him for the rest of the season. But, I would be willing to bet he will not play him like he did yesterday. We shall see if I'm right or wrong. Only time will tell.

11=team
Andy Reid is widely regarded as one of the worst clock and game managers out there. He is not the smartest coach in football. He made the Falcons feel like a visiting team in the Dome. Took a troubled player which no one would rightfully touch and turned him into a piece of gold in Atlanta with a mediocre performance. I hope the NFC south teams have more integrity but can you imagine the trade value Reid is going to get for Vick? Might not be the smartest coach but he has a very intelligent business mind and the ruthlessness to put his team in a competitive advantage. He has been listed that way this week. So, if you are saying that on their website he was 2nd on the depth chart yesterday then wow....he was changed back to 3rd today. Kolb is their 2nd string. Reid is a game player who pulled whatever s*** he could to win and turn that game into an Eagles home game. Now, I'm done repeating myself. RockPaperScissors
I got more of a problem with our defense that laid down and took it like a hoe in their own house.
FalconJim
I had NO PROBLEM whatsoever with the way A. Reid was coaching....I DO however, think the Vick "sideshow" was a little much....I think Reid did it to motivate his players, more than anything.I mean, when you have your opponent down, you have to go for the jugular, and finish 'em off. I think that's what Reid was trying to do. Besides, if the Eagles make the playoffs, it may come down to "points scored", and that could have been on his mind as well.It would be nice though, to meet them in the playoffs (if we were to get in), and have another shot at 'em, with a healthy Falcon team....I think the outcome would be a lot different!GO, YOU DIRTY BIRDS!!!FalconJim. ukfalc
Reid was totally classless, but i expect nothing less from the Eagles.

JOEinPHX
No, I don't have a problem with him. He used every tool at his disposal - including Vick to gain the advantage over the opposing team and hostile conditions. He did a good job - turned it into a Philly home game.Ha. Tandy called Vick a tool. I think its the meanest thing she's ever said.
