In week 17 I had the cardinals beating the packers but when I switched it, it had the falcons above the eagles but not before even though I put it so the falcons would beat them anyone know why it would turn out like that

The rules for a 3 way tie are different than the rules for a two way tie.

Basically we win out, and it's pretty much a lock.

We could potentially lose two more games IF we beat Philly, and still get in.

But if we lose to Philly we MUST beat the Saints and everyone else.

Assuming the Falcons take care of Buffalo and Tampa twice, the key game is Philly. Beat them and they are in. It's very possible they could stumble against the Jets and still get in at 9-7, although I personally think they are going to beat the Jets.

But they absolutely have to beat the Eagles.

I think Tandy posted the Drew Brees OOP scenario.

I like your optimism, but other than that I don't see the Saints dropping three division games down the stretch. Especially to Tampa at home.

Stranger - and I do mean stranger, things have happened.

You never know what injuries, conditions or the bounce of a ball will bring.

There are many scenarios to play with - I like mine.

Yeah, no way the Saints just lose five games against their cakewalk of a schedule.

so that's your definition of 'must' win?? I got it!

mate! at this point it's simple ....at 5-5 we have close to 30% chance to get in to playoffs.

Had we defeated Giants which I thought was a 'must' win ......we would have 70% chance by being 6-4.

At this point, our destiny is not in our hands until we win it all!!

Go Falcons!!

Me n you have to get struck by lightning couple of times ....before they drop that many games.

It wont happen! :(

I've been struck once. Narrows the odds.

Didn't say it was likely - just not impossible.

Anyway - it's a scenario - it's there for playing - and I like it.
