savage77
Sorry guys just got home from work and did not see posted, was just was wondering i heard on NFL radio earlier that the falcons were holding open tryouts for kickers today. They said they officially had given up on Elam and felt like he was past his time of clutch kicking. Does anybody know if this is official or what is up with this? NoMoreVick
Yes. They are seriously holding tryouts. I don't know for how long, but it's legit. Tandy had a friend that was going for it.Honestly, right now, I know freshmen in high school that could make the kicks Elam is missing. It wasn't a try out and was not sanctioned by the Falcons. It was just them wanting to see who could kick a 35 yard FG. They said they would give your name to the Falcons if you could.
