bigbirdfalcon89
i fill like our hurry up offense plays to matt ryans strengths and also wears down opposing defenses. I feel that if we employ more play action passes into our offense as well we will be able to take advantage of mismatches because teams know we like to run first.. With a combination of PA and a hurry up O i think our passing game would improve. does anyone disagree?
JKH5785
That's because we are not predictable when in the NO HUDDLE. Matty isn't locked into some BS play call from Mularkey

falconsbowl2k4
The only reason I can think of is that if for some reason the hurry up doesn't work then that puts our D back on the field that much faster.By running the huddle O it gives the D time to rest and burns the clock. falconsbowl2k4
good point but didnt we do this against SF and it allowed us to completely dominate them offensively?Yes but the SF O is not even close to the other O's we have faced. I agree with you in that I would like to see more of the no huddle O, unfortunately our D just isn't competent enough to let us run it.Anyways though this game was all on the D and ST. If you score 31 points you should be able to win the game.
