falconidae
Think about it- in basketball, if you're the visiting team in a 7 games series, you're OK until you lose at home.Falcons are in the same position- if they win all their home games, and they're a much better team at home [ hard to remember when they've played 6 of 8 on the road], they'll be in the thick of the playoff hunt.To continue the analogy, the visiting team in bball has to win a road game to win the series.Falcons have to win at least one of two road games they have left- against two sub-500 teams that will have nothing to play for and the falcons under Smith have consistently beat up the bad teams they played. There's alot of talk of "curse" and " its over" and "no playoffs this year" on this board. It's way too early to give up on this season- falcons have half their home games left. Let's see what a little home cooking can do.
ConnFalcon
It is really frustrating that we can't win on the road. If we make the playoffs, this team HAS to learn how to win on the road.
