Radiohead
Just saw this on NFL.com. This could be a HUGE difference-maker. He calls all the shots and is the unchallenged leader of that Giants' D. Doubt we will know whether he is playing or not until 12:00pm or later Sunday morning, but I cannot imagine a Doctor would let him play with that severe of an injury (could be life-threatening). This may open up the run game a bit if he's out.<http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d8145c27a&template=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true>

I don't enjoy injury because it's bad karma.. But it would be big blow to Gaints because they would have someone in the middle who needs to make call...So Ryan should be able to find some weakness.. let's hope so..Go Falcons...Keep the streak alive
atlanta greatest city Ÿ
It's been posted at least 4 times. Sucks that it could be life threatening but it's good for us.
Radiohead
I must admit I hate seeing this happen, but there is no doubt a doctor would be dumb enough to let him play, I have been reading about it and if the bulge is severe enough he could "disconnect" his spinal cord if "aggravated". This is really really scary. If he's in a helmet on Sunday I will be horrified. It's just a game. Good news for us, little bit of good luck going our way with Turner out. I cannot complain, just hope he will be able to play again, he's a great player.
UnrealfalcoN
loss of Turner > loss of PierceUnless the Ice-age returns
Dem Birds
I really dislike Peirce, but I don't want anyone to have a serious neck injury. I feel like he's a somewhat dirty player, I remember him hitting Vick late out of bounds in a game a few years back and making comments about disliking Vick. Which is fine, I don't have any illusions lots of people like him, but keep it legit on the field. Plus this was prior to 07.If he's out, it balances out the fact that Turner may be out for us. maxatlanta
Pierce is slow and WAY overrated. I was looking forward to him being out there because I see it as a key advantage for us. He has played like crap this season. I hope he gets well. His replacement will probably be an upgrade for them but perhaps there will be a mix up or two that we can take advantage of. All it takes is that bulge to *POP* and bam! the spinal cord snaps in half and is no longer connected to itself. very life threatening bulge
