BankerBird™
...was watching NFL Total Access just now and they showed the Falcons with the 2nd Wild Card spot (the Eagles had the other), with several teams "in the hunt." Needless to say, Sunday's game against the Giants is HUGE.

With the way we are playing and playcalling....Why risk the injuries in an unwinnable game! That is unless the redskins are in the playoffs too! I'm hoping for a 9-7 record so we can get back to back winning seasons.

They should just quit now and forfeit the remaining games so nobody gets injured for next year. The Panthers D had NO answer for him, but reading the AF.com home page, it seems like Snelling is more than ready to step in for however long Turner will be out. The Don™
They had no answer for Snelling either but yet and still with great field position we throw it deep intsead of pounding the rock and the clock....shakes headI know a lot of people are knocking Mularkey for that call, and I was too at that time. Yeah, the logical thing is do what has got us this far in the game(running the ball)....And just MY opinion, I believe Mularkey was trying to throw the Panties off guard by throwing a long playaction pass to disrupt the tempo...Basically, Mularkey probably thought that the Panties were looking for the run, and he tried something different....If that play worked, we would be saying what a genius he is, but obviously it didn't, but Im just gonna move on, and hop for the best next week. He has looked very good this year.

Trust me.
Dem Birds
Giants have dropped 4 straight and had 2 weeks to prepare for us while stewing on their losing streak. We are potentially without Turner, Norwood and Baker and Matt Ryan is playing pretty bad. I'd say we're pretty much screwed this week. I hope I'm wrong. great white hope
this dumbass panthers fan goes "pretty bold statement saying your gonna be in the playoffs".... really? cause it kinda looks like we're almost there now. panther fans generally have no clue whats going on around them. *NiteFalcon*
we cant beat good teams on the road. that means its almost pointless for us to be in the playoffs. we would need a prayer to win a playoff game. Saints have the division locked up, we cant get any home games in the playoffs
