Lord Sarcomere
LinkTurner to undergo MRI, may have severe injury Michael Turner will undergo an MRI Monday on his injured right ankle.Turner was in a boot after Sunday's loss, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution says the injury "could be serious." The ankle doesn't appear to be broken, but there were initial indications that Turner may have a high ankle sprain. He did not return in the second half, which is never a good sign. Owners should prepare to be without Turner for at least one week. Was hoping to find out some info about him. Today sure did suck for me, I have both Ronnie Brown and Michael Turner and both got hurt. Here's hoping for a quick recovery! crabs&cancer
Michael Turner possibly having a season ending Injury is something much scarier to worry about then Ryan's recent erratic play. If Turner is out for the rest of the Season, I can't see the Falcons coming out of this season at .500...
MSalmon
Yeah, we might be in the LJ race if things don't turn out good. Dang. Just had a Jam flashback. Ruined us for years...yikes, it is eerily similar. Huge year. Had struggles next year, got hurt when he was getting started. I see a rb in the draft this year--and not a seventh rounder

NoMoreVick
Okay, so it's a high ankle sprain. Why would that require surgery. The only way I see that it would is if it is broken, and he was walking on it just fine right after the injury, and after the game. Please just rest up and come back to us, Turner! NZFalcon
Aaron Stecker would come back if Turner is down, not LJ. Have you not seen what TD has done with this team, he is getting rid of the me players so LJ is not an option

He was a speed back and has now lost all his agility and speed that made him good before. *NiteFalcon*
I heard turner has a high ankle sprain. He wont be able to run on that thing for at least a week. When is norwood coming back? this is his chance to shine
takeitdown
I hope Turner comes back ok.If not, it's horrible for him, but it's not catastrophic for the offense. They'll play Snelling and Norwood, and we'll have to rely heavily on Ryan. He's not played great recently, but putting more passes in the air might give him enough experience to move to the next step.
duncja
Stick with Snelling as our only back? Why not? Who else is even out there?First, LJ wasn't exactly tearing it up before he was released. A very pedestrian year. Second, from everything I've read about this guy, he is a worthless individual. I'd rather have Snelling, Norwood, and Stecker than LJ. dmite
Getting an MRI does not mean it's serious... it means they want to look at it. They are blowing it out of proportion, he was walking on it after the game which is a good sign that it is not serious.
