With the injury to Harry Douglas this season do you guys think he'll honestly be back to form to where he was pre-injury??? I just wonder because usually guys who get into those season ending injuries don't just come back to where they were before its a bit of a longer process. I'm not a doctor or have any medical background just didn't know if you guys knew better than I about the extent of his injury. Kind of like the Quarterback injuries that take like 2 years to fully recover and things like that.

There's no telling how things will work out but a few things going in our favor is that Douglas is still a young guy so hopefully he'll be able to recover from this.

Also, we also have a guy on the roster that basically had the same thing happen to him TWICE and he's on the field and being productive.

It seemed like Harry is one of those guys that will work hard and not let something like this keep him down... and if he needs advice on how to rehab or inspiration that he can recover from it he can always talk with the Great Finnerman.

I think Harry could be a little bit different type of player when he comes back, but he still will make a contribution.

Two things to encourage you - His surgery was performed by Dr. James Andrews, the best in the business at repairing ACLs. The other thing is that Hines Ward doesn't have an ACL in his left knee at all, and he hasn't since he was 9 years old. If Hines can overcome it, so can our guy.

At least that's they way I choose to think, especially since Harry is a guy I have spent some time with and I know what a great guy he is.

harry seems like a determined kind of guy.. actually he seems like he is pretty freaking serious sometimes so i have a feeling he will have something to prove for the next few years. he has always played like he wants to prove himself so i dont see that changing.. the doubts probably just add fuel to the fire
