Russdogg
can you blame him, i saw that interview, hes better than a few qbs startin around the league, he had to go to the first team that would take him, the bills wanted to, but were scared, now hes saying the right things, he will be starting somewhere next year if the eagles dont option him (and i hope not, i hate seeing vick in philly green).. anyone in his situation would feel the same.. he wants to play.. whats wrong with that, and he will take it with a grain of salt if he is an eagle next year, and prepare like hes doing now.. the guy finally has his head on right.. no need to keep puttinf him down... the thread title is clearing misleading... DeathFromAbove
Let him go help Buffalo or Jax sell a few tickets, but he'll never be as "good" as he used to be...which let's remember was hardly outstanding to begin with.

coastiemike
Agreed. He was offered a contract by both the Bengals and Raiders. If he wanted to start, why didn't he go to the Raiders? He would have won the starting job over the other #1 QB pick.
falcon_91
Frankly for his 1st year back, going to Philly to sit was probably a better situation than him going to Oakland starting mis-season and looking terrible, because thats exactly what the Raiders are, and people saying he would never be able to start again.
