DirtyBirdSupabowl
Nice find, imagine if the cb's were better we could be a real dangerous team.
Dem Birds
Great find, I had to imagine we were among the top in both categories but I didn't know how other teams were doing. Good to see us FORCING plays to happen. Hope they keep it up, and add some more INT's in there, we've got, what, 6? I know of 6.
BenB321
The defense has really stepped up to the plate especially considering we don't have the most talented defensive roster. The offense or lack of it has killed us the last two games. Matt Ryan and company need to match the play of the defense if they had we would have won at least one of the games against the Cowboys and Saints. Rai
The defense has really stepped up to the plate especially considering we don't have the most talented defensive roster. The offense or lack of it has killed us the last two games. Matt Ryan and company need to match the play of the defense if they had we would have won at least one of the games against the Cowboys and Saints. Our run game appears to be back on track. If we was just 1 TD down instead of 2 against the Saints, I'm sure we would've been far more balanced on our offence rather than leaning towards the pass more and becoming more and more 1-dimensional. If the run game can stay consistent from here on towards the end of the season, we should be seeing the potential of our offence. If Turner can now consistently get a 4+ yard per carry average, that should help a lot (49ers game). Not to mention that Norwood and Snelling will have some carries too.Ryan isn't Manning, Brees, Brady, Roethlisberger yet; he can't win a game just with his arm. He's still young, only a 2nd year QB that needs the running game to help him out. If he carries on developing like this though, it could all change by his 5th year in the league. sporkdevil
Great stuff. We need to get Coy Wire in the game way more than we have. He played really well last year, and has been lights out when he gets a chance this year. Plus he is a good run stuffer.
mtb007
Nice find, imagine if the cb's were better we could be a real dangerous team. They're going to get better. The more consistent the pass rush the better the CBs will become.
