boostjunkie
You can go through all the excuses of what penalties were or were not called, that our cool as ice QB threw 3 picks, the play calling sucked, the DL didn't get enough pressure, or whatever else. Not saying there's no legitimacy to some of the complaints. However, the simple fact is that we got the ball to the 16, 7 and 10 yard line and came away with 3 points. If we're going to be a consistently good team, we have to score TDs in the red zone. Our defense played lights out against what is arguably the best offense in the NFL and kept them to 7 points in the last 1/2 of the game. Our offense has to finish more drives.I think we're seeing the results of missing two big weapons with quickness, that being Douglas and Norwood. They help stretch the defense in the red zone. Much like the Saints did with Bush on his score.

We had that problem last year and that was one main reason why we went and got Gonzo.
st4ngeI2
our defensive line got alot of pressure - problem is - we don't have corners that can jam on the line. Our dbs were at least 5 yards off the line and Colston/Hendersen were coming clean off the line all night.DL can only do so much - we need corners that can challenge receivers. Falcon Fantom
Unless Grimes and Houston have a light bulb to come on and magically play way better than they did all season, or Owens and Hill can step in and play lights out, our DB problems wont be fixed this season IMO. ATLFalcfan
I think we should correct every deficiency the team has overnight and that way we'd win every game. Sarcasm button off.
