Falcons No-Huddle Offense

i remember we used it at one point and then stopped..... the problem with the no huddle is that when we aren't getting yards then we just put the defense on the field that much sooner. something is different about this offense that i cant put my finger on (minus the running game)

Actually 2 things are different in addition to the MIA running game.

1. Ryan seems to be trying to force to many passes to Gonzalez. Matt is at his best when he gets everyone involved in the passing game.

2. We really miss Harry Douglas. Booker has had a few nice plays, but he hasn't replaced the production from the #3 WR spot.

That question is like trying to figure out if the chicken or the egg came first!!! After a couple of failed drive they should have tried it at least. That would have kept the defense tired and unable to affectly rush Ryan. We are too conservative at times. The slap in the face was implementing it after the game was already over. I almost had an freakin stroke I was so mad.

Ryan has terrible windows to throw to because of the sucky *** route combinations that are being run. All the routes are out, short curls, short dig routes...It was just terrible play calling and that is how it has been all season..Its starting to get frustrating because if playcalling does not change, our offense will be in trouble

There were two clear route running errors:

One was when Roddy knocked Jenkins on his butt early in the game. Looked like he knocked the wind out of him too.

The other was when Roddy made that catch on the sidelines towards the end, and Gonzo was right there, jumped for it and actually looked like he tipped it a little. The announcers noticed it, saying Gonzo probably ran the route too deep, and we were lucky to complete that pass....nice focus by Roddy.

Who knows how many other poorly run routes are happening or how many are just poorly designed plays.
