#1 pick
Our CB's suck really bad, I miss Williams.

1981falcsny
I hate to agree, but Grimes nor Hous are ideal #1s, why don't we try Hill, and use more rotation? Like rotation at Rb, with rotating our CB we can let some true #2 to step up.
bigbirdfanDC
Our lack of corners/pressure on the qb will prevent us from going far this season.
SmittS
This is the only negative nancy argument I agree with.
House
we did, but he is now on IRthis. We need to draft a CB with the 1st pick next year or some other def player
M0D3RNW4RRIOR
I know I'll get flamed for this, but I miss D-Hall. He could at least make impact plays.
SiViK_OuTkAsT™
This is the only negative nancy argument I agree with.I agree, what else do you stand to lose? 50 more yards in the stats? PUT THE MAN IN WE ARE GETTING BURNED WITH PENALTIES AND BAD PLAY RECOGNITION LEFT AND RIGHT
Sun Tzu 7
Oh crap.... here we go....Houston AND Grimes are getting killed....edit: on the field and not this thread Edited October 25, 2009 by Sun Tzu

New Hope Eagle
Sadly, I think if Hill were any better he'd already be out there. Let's not forget that the Rams were basically about to cut him before we made that trade. The falcons problem is also that we ahve not been aggressive against NE or dallas and both have been horrific games. Our defense gives up way too mnay big plays especially on 3rd down. Next week is going to be a travesty.NO will probably score 50 points and our off line has not played all that well this year. thats why we cant run the ball. We are not as good as the hype and today, we simply looked past Dallas.
New Hope Eagle
I also think Van Gorder needs to go. This defense is a long way from being a contender IMO.
Norwood all the way!
i dont understand why people were saying if Grimes just beefed up some more he would be good. but thats just not the case
isproab
Yeah, I bet some people are rethinking those statements a couple of years ago about not needing high priced CB's for this system. We need players, especially at CB. Houston is terrible, he is a penalty or given up big play waiting to happen. Grimes competes from time to time, but he is physically overwhelmed at times. He is best at the #3 or #4 CB spot where his on-field time is minimized.
Jesus
Our defense bent and broke today. Let's admit as well that Romo is a good QB.
Tampa Bay Falcon
Bump.....bump....bump. Draft next year from 1-7 should be DB'S
