wwfalconfan1
If we can win these next two games, especially next week against the Saints, we will and should have the respect around the league. No longer hearing teams like the Patriots,Giants,Steelers etc. , should be in the rankings of excellence. The Falcons should be included on that list forever ! GO FALCONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! TdotFalcon
personally i want the falcons below the radar, they can realise how good of a team we are after we win the super bowl
FalconMama
Media still isn't quite convinced about the Falcons and that could be because of their horrid past. It's cool, I'm all about showing and proving.
Finally
We have to win a sb to get respect.
falcndave
We haven't won anything yet. Until the Superbowl is won, respect is cheap in my book. You can't buy groceries with it.

Finally
I think people are also confusing respect with media attention. The top news stories are mostly negative. I'd rather be a boring winner.
Andre5000
Who cares.. why do people whine and care so much about respect? respect from who? A bunch of clowns at ESPN that talked about Sanchez like he was joe Mantana 3 weeks ago? All that matters is that we keep winning. i dont give a hoot about respect. Andre5000
on NFL Network the other night billick said "let me talk about Matt Ryan, i KNOW this place often turns into a Matt Ryan lovefest at times, but its well deserved. This guy is a GREAT QB" Then they compared him to Peyton manning, etc...thats getting respect to me..
