Lowcountry Falcon
definitely did a great job at NT. this defense is really starting to come together
falconfiend82
It sucks that Jerry got hurt but maybe the silver lining is that Jamaal gets a chance to shine at DT. It's nice to see him playing where he belongs and playing well.

Saved his career and made our defensive front 7 very good. Nice surprise.

The confidence and fire was sincerely contagious.Yea, it is easy to get excited when you are making plays. I guess it was really disheartening for him to suck so bad at DE. He probably was questioning whether he belonged. Now he's dominating. I never thought I'd ever say Jamaal was dominating. lol. Now he is on fire and plays with a ton of emotion. I love it. He is what I thought we had in Jerry before his injury. Only difference is he has already got experience and him playing at DE is helping him be that much better on the inside. Am I on the right TATF?And no chest beating attention-whoring look at me post or thread from Gazzo. It's a nice board without nut-huggin Gazzo and JA98 buster FSS1970 having their little hissy fit look at me spat in public.

atljbo
True, but I still haven't received my props for saying that Biermann would be awesome at LE...Even tho Coach Smith said besides Babs and Abe we dont have a starter DE so Kroy is technically not s "starter"..... I will give your props tho..PROPS.. Since Coach Smith keep the guys rotating.. Kroy does not have to bang with those 320lb RT all game..... They guy is turning into a very good DE tho

Jaymadd
Wow all of this love for JA98, I really hope that he has found his spot at DT. I need to go back and re-watch the game, watching it live does me not justice for the Dline. I try to focus on the Secondary since you can pretty much see everything they do and then watch the LB and Dline at home. JA98 Beasting wow never thought those words word go together. LOLI still think Kroy makes a better RDE than LDE but that is just my opinion.

Never thought he'd make my top five...I can't believe it either. I bashed him as well. He deserved it. If he keeps playing like this I got a feeling he might become a fan favorite because everyone wrote him off and will be that much more excited about his play. This just goes to show all these guys calling us haters because we call out a player who is playing bad. We weren't being haters and truly wanted the guy to succeed. He just wasn't getting it done. He keeps playing like this and him and Lofton might be my new favorites on that defense. Oh, and kudos to Grimes tonight also. He made a couple tackles to stop first downs tonight and played pretty well considering all the speed out there.

(he actually manhandled two OL's at once to get backfield) and then his emotion!!! Geez!
KANE337
JA98 was fantastic. I love him in his new spot. I kept my eye on him several times tonight and he was consistently hitting the gap quick and putting pocket pressure up the middle. He was also stuffing the run really well. Geez!Yeah i saw his emotion on that Penalty when the Oline had a false start, he bulldozed his way through them like he was a mack truck. I was thinking dang, look at JA98. I did see him cashing Cutler on one play and it reminded me of the play last year when Culter throw the TD pass and JA98 almost had him. I am going to check out the broadcast tomorrow. atljbo
Jamaal Anderson has definitely found a home..... He is actually super quick out there at DT and uses his hands good.... I saw JA98 put a pass rush on the guard (slap helmet technique).... It looked good....40 Yrd Dash: 4.7520 Yrd Dash: 2.7310 Yrd Dash: 1.59 225 Lb. Evo
Wow u guys left out Thomas Johnson. The dude played his heart out today! i still can remember the play where he beat the Oline man off the snap, and ran straight into Forte, just too bad he moved too fast to tackle Forte.Anyways, Our D-line played great tonight, and whom would ever thought JA98 will strike during mid-season.4-1 We looking reall good, especially our D. Man i am glad that JA98 is finding success at the DT position, do yall think he could add like 10lbs and still be as effective, mabye even more effective. (he actually manhandled two OL's at once to get backfield) and then his emotion!!! Geez!It was a great night for JA98. Loved the emotion he was showing. I think some of the frustration with him in the past was due to lack of production but also the lack of emotion...I think some wanted to see him show frustration or anger or something. Tonight that got too seee someone who was contributing, showing elation, celebrating with team-mates. He led the way. I was very happy for him. The entire D-Line played better and I don't think it was coincidental.Great job JA98. Enjoy the evening...and lets keep the emotions going!!!! Between you and Jay, I started feeling bad for Jamaal. lol. He took a lot of grief, and deservingly so, but now he is playing great, he deserves some love form the fans. We give him some love and his confidence might really soar and maybe he can do some very special things for us. It is almost like getting Jerry back or a top 10 pick at DT. Kind of like we just got a FA or something.
