BigBird35
First and foremost the Falcons needed long time of possession consuming drives that resulted in touchdowns and in the end New England led in TOP.Secondly the Falcons needed to establish an effective running game with Michael Turner and he only had 56 yards on 15 carries.Thirdly the Falcons needed to get pressure on Brady without blitzing to take all sorts of pressure off the secondary, instead Tom Brady had all the time in the world to throw.Fourth the Falcons lost a lot and I mean a lot of momentum when Turner fumbled about middle way through the 2nd quarter, if we could have taken the lead by atleast 3 if not 7 going in to half time things may have been very different. Nonetheless we were playing the New England Patriots and I have the utmost faith in Mike Smith and Mike Mularkey to get everything worked out I think the BYE week comes at the perfect time and hopefully things will be back to normal when the Falcons catch a plane to San Francisco in 2 weeks.
