(R) = sore loser
I can think of ONE in Minnesoata 98... then promptly LOST the biggest game ever. That was the ONLY big game we ever won !!! Dan Reeves needs a statue built at the GA dome since he was the only coach to ever win a big game with the losingest franchise in NFL history... took the FALCONS to a super bowl.....imagine that

Gritzblitz 2.0
I'm not sure how a week 3 out of conference game became classified as a "big game". Personally, I thought last week was a bigger game for us.
MilleniumFalcon
We won in Min. I'm telling you TD is OVERRATED and way in over his head. You guys give this guy way too much credit...just because he comes from NE.No we give him credit for the moves he's mad thus far. Matt Ryan, Sam Baker, Curtis Lofton, Harry Douglas, Biermann in last years draft alone.
Bring It
I'm more surprised you considered this a big game.It WAS indeed a big game. Now that we lost many will say it was ONLY one of many, blah, blah. Not true. This game would have separated us from the "OK" teams...........into a team who can run with the Big Boys.We are who we are..............an OK team.Nothing more. WE WILL WIN THE SUPER BOWL!!If you think this wasn't a big game for New England too then you are mistaken. As for us while this was an important game from an emotional standpoint, frankly the division rival Carolina game last week means more for our season than this one does.relax we're 2-1 going into our bye, season is far from over. srichter23
it's a very short list.a win today would have made a huge statement, but it wasn't to be. every game is a big game. they all count for the same in the standings.
john_winger
I can think of ONE in Minnesoata 98... Yes, that one. It's not enough. Today was pretty bad.
bossFALCON™
we won 11 games last year and we've won 7 of our last 8 regular season games. i doubt we needed this game to tell everyone we could run with the "big boys". why should anyone but our team care who we run with anyway? Voice of Reason
For all of you thinking this was a big game need to get real. Who did we need this for? Did we need to win for our team to be considered legitamate? Not at all. YOU all might have wanted this team to win to seem legitimate in YOUR eyes. But this team is still legitimate. We are still going to have to earn our respect the same way we were going to have to yesterday, and that's by winning MANY games (not just the ones YOU all think are more important) and by getting in the playoffs. I'm sorry if some of your psyches took a hit today, but whoever said our game today was more important or even just as important as our Carolina game is completely delusional. Division games ALWAYS mean more. Just because you don't think it does doesn't mean it's reality.

Falcons Ace
Have you always been that kid that fell, got a scrape on his knee, and then moaned like you've been shot in the foot for a hour?
