for the birds
I have 6 season tickets and brought the family to the Carolina game. The usher wouldn't let my 17 year old daughter (in a wheelchair) park in the handicapped section and made her walk down to our seats She is ambulatory). She said the handicapped seats were reserved by season ticket holders that paid exclusively for these seats. We didn't call her out but know she was wrong. My wife is still seething. Customer service needs attention!
Old fan
I'm thinking you need to notify them in advance about handicap seating needs. Those spaces are no different from any other reserved seat except they accommodate a wheelchair, not like a handicap parking space.I have a disability myself but so far have managed to make it down to my seat (thank goodness for the short steps and hand rail.) The biggest problem I have run into is, after a visit to one of the suites last year, I couldn't use the closest elevator because they were holding it for the press.Next time, give them a heads up if you need a wheelchair space. Zjay
In this situation, the customer service needs to improve for wheelchair lifts. Knowing that disabled person needs a full accommodation so that they feel that they are customers. This is important to have a good value of servicing.
