hawkeye
If he enters the draft I wouldn't mind getting him. My #1 CB I like though is Murphy. Butler is also on my list. But Franks is also up for theThorpe award. He can also PR/KR and runs a 4.48-40. He is listed at 6' 192. That's good size. http://www.cstv.com/allaccess/player/07-oa...chool=okla& Edited October 17, 2009 by hawkeye

hawkeye
Oklahoma cornerback Dominique Franks is one of the top junior cornerbacks in the nation. He gets overshadowed some by fellow junior Joe Haden. Today he could go head-to-head with Texas senior Jordan Shipley. http://www.mockingthedraft.com/2009/10/17/1088858/saturday-nfl-draft-watch-notes
hawkeye
Franks is the best underclassman CB IMO. Better than Haden. They hardly throw at him.
atljbo
LinkDominique Franks*/CB/Oklahoma: Franks combines size and athleticism to shut opponents down. He has big-time ability but is prone to costly lapses in concentration, which concerns scouts. That's the one thing i don't like about Franks.... He give up big plays sometimes.... I agree that he has costly lapses... I agree that Dominique Franks has the ability to be a top notch CB but he is not a first round pick... He is a high 2nd round pick.
