falcndave
Where we have to be careful is tipping our strategy. We can't just bring them in to play straight man coverage. If we are not willing to let them play in the base defense, the offense knows by defintion we won't be in a base look when they are on the field. On second thought...let's do just that. We will bring them in as part of a special package. We can call it our "Rabid Dog" defense (solution for the wild cat).in other words: I think they will see limited action. Justin A.C
Williams will prob start week 1 but Hill wont for a couple weeks
Falcons_own_nfc_south
Based on the below mention statement.. I think Williams would see action in Game1. He might not start but he would be on field for few plays for sure.Falcons coach Mike Smith on the different situations CBs Brian Williams and Tye Hill have when it comes to getting on the field: "(With Williams) it's the same verbage and scheme he's used to hearing...Tye is swimming uphill for a while." FalconinPA
not yet anywayI agree, not yet. Unfortunately, Houston and Grimes know the system. I think they will be there until everyone else is comfortable. Then it is anyones guess.
