JC Falcon
If true, good for him. Proves it wasn't a wasted 5th pick to be signed to an active roster.

The Golden Child
Not many balls thrown his way - he must have been doing something right. Chris Owens was the one that got tested.

JC Falcon
I'm pretty sure he has to be signed to active roster for the drafting team to lose his rights.
DaMeatTroughsEgo
...Says a lot about the Bucs that they have room for a small school product on their active roster.
freakyfalcon
still dont get why he hardly played. maybe it was something he didnt do in practice, still though.Probably something he did in practice. When he did play, he was lost. Aaron Kelly was pathetic in practice. He couldnt catch a cold. He was dropping balls left and right out there. Thats why you didnt see him until there was at least 5 minutes left in the last preseason game.
lostnmexico
Wow. Good move Tampa. Not sure he can cover but good move to as you said earlier pick his brain.TB

Abe
Oh well he is now hated and will be a target for Ryan and Turner. If he plays of course. That being said congrats and good luck...
millenium falcon
should have been fudge or harris. maybe the big news is a VET CB and we are already going to carry 6 CB's and cut either harris or fudge.
Dominique is Manufique
Does he have to go on their active roster, or can he be a PS guy?to claim a player off of waivers they must be put on active roster. same as claiming another team's practice squad player. the team acquiring must activate the player. iDash
Very happy for William The Bucs have pretty good DB already too!
Bucman™®
You guys are looking at this the wrong way.How bad off must the Bucs be at CB if they are picking up our CB leftovers? because he's gonna start, right?
insight
to claim a player off of waivers they must be put on active roster. same as claiming another team's practice squad player. the team acquiring must activate the player. If the Falcons did not add him to the Practice Squad so he is a Free Agent. The Falcons can sign him to there active roster or practice squad. If he was on our 8 man practice squad, they would have to add him to the active roster in order to sign him. DemDirtyBirds4
I dont know why everyone is so high on Middleton, if we thought we had something with him he would have made the team. He didnt do enough for the coaches to want to keep him.
insight
We traded Laurent Robinson to St Louis to move up and acquire Middleton. TD really struck out on this one.
Jedi-Falcon
We traded Laurent Robinson to St Louis to move up and acquire Middleton. TD really struck out on this one. :mellow:And Laurent has become the Rams #1 WR. And a very good one from what I saw. This was definitely a swing-and-a-miss by TD. Among others...TD is really stumbling this season. Sophomore GM slump.
