blackredfellow
In all fairness, the coverage was pretty good on that play. That was just a heads up play by Matty to throw to the other shoulder and trusting that Gonzo would spin and make a fantastic catch.

Just like it was stupid when people showed that picture of Brooking last year standing in front of Matt Forte and using it as proof that he hit him to stop a TD, when the video says otherwise lol

Pa_Falcon_Fan
After the game Ryan said he threw the ball up because he knew Gonzo is about the only person able to actually make that catch. Watch the replay, Hill had very good coverage... Gonzalez jumped, twisted and grabbed the ball 180 degrees from the direction he was facing just a moment before. I really don't think anyone could have stopped that play.http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlig...Ryan-highlights
Pa_Falcon_Fan
From his Clemson days.A superb athlete.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Tyehill.jpgCheck out the INT at the end of the Tye Hill highlight video in this thread: http://life.atlantafalcons.com/index.php?showtopic=3858632The receiver is obviously much taller than Hill and he launches himself up above the receiver and picks the ball off. That is the kind of play that Houston and Grimes gave up repeatedly this past weekend.

Duff_Man
No DB or LB in the entire NFL was defending that. Perfect pass over the back shoulder. Gonzo made an amazing play. There's not one corner in the history of the NFL that has defended every pass. My god, look what the 49ers used to do to Deion Sanders.
