southga08
Like TD is going to tell some sports reporter who the Falcons are going to take. They can't do anything other than speculate like everybody on here does. There are only a few sources of info that reporters can use (which this board has also):1. what are the Falcons weaknesses (this depends on who you ask, everyone has their own opinion, and nobody knows what exactly the coaching staff thinks about guys like Nicholas, Lewis, Decoud, Beirmann, JA98, Hartsock, and Peele).2. who the Falcons have worked out and interviewed (again we have that information here on the board)3. If there are legitimate trade talks between the Falcons and another team that was leaked by the other team. This may be the only thing we don't have info here on, but generally if the reporter knows about it he would report it.This is amplified with us picking at the end of the draft. When picking in the top 5, there is way more press and there is a better chance of some leakage, but not at 24. If a reporter predicts what we do in the draft correctly he is no different than anybody here. Lucky. No insider special info. The bottomline is 1000 different reporters put out 8 different versions of mock drafts and not a single one of them is right. Even a blind squirrel...... southga08
BTW. How scripted does the NFL.com video inside the Falcons draft look?http://www.atlantafalcons.com/media_librar..._-_4-21-09.aspxI have seen better acting on The Hills. (If you don't watch "The Soup" you might not get it. LOL)

southga08
mayock owns mcshay and kiperWell those three probably have the most insider contacts, so to speak. But still it is not happening. The Falcons main reporter is D. Orlando, and that dude knows less about the Falcons than almost all of the more experienced posters on here. J-Mike is about the only guy that seems to know anything about the Falcons (and he should, since he is employed by them).
