But those of you who say you don't want Ron Brace , I highly disagree with you , I think he is one of the most underrated players in the draft and I know he is ranked at around 60. Well , I can understand that , but I'm saying if we can get him with our 55 , I say take him unless we get Hood in the 1st, then we can take Hill latter , That is what I would like to see, 2 DTs taken in this draft , BC we need 2 anyway.

We completely agree on the need for DT's.

Babineaux, whom I like, is an undersized player who is better suited coming in on pass rushing situations. He is only a starter because we are so thin at DT.

Lewis, again another player I like, is coming of two serious knee injuries which have caused him to miss the last year and half. Not to mention, he only showed promise when he did play. He has proved nothing.

We have 7 picks in this year's draft. I would love to see 3 of them spent on defensive line players. 2 DT's and 1 DE. Pick up a LB, Safety, TE, and another offensive lineman and I would be thrilled.

Our offense would be pretty much set for several years to come. He is an elite TE talent, if he's there at 24, then we would live to regret not choosing him.

2. Alphonso Smith/Darius Butler

In that order. Both cats are very talented CB's who I'd love to see rockin' the red & black. The Fonz is the biggest ball-hawk in this year's draft.

3. Duke Robinson/Phil Loadholt

Again, in that order. Both are elite run-blockers and more than capable pass-protectors, and would upgrade our O-line exponentially. The Duke is my favourite prospect in this year's draft.

4. Jason Williams

He can play in all 3 linebacker positions because of his versatility in being prominent both in pass-rushing and coverage.

5. Sammie Lee Hill

If he's still there at he bottom of the 4th, this pick should be a no-brainer. He's a highly athletic run-stuffer who has the speed and strength to also generate QB pressure. Could probably become an every-down DT for us.

1. James Laurinaitis

Definitely the most over-rated player in this years draft-class in my eyes. Contrary to some people's claims he is an ILB, and only that. His hips are stiff, his footwork is sloppy, and he's not very fast. He may have some success as a 3-4 ILB, but not for us, and definitely not on the outside. Curtis Lofton FTW.

2. Brian Cushing

Meet USC future flop A. You may not believe the steroids hype, but I go to a college where most players in our 1st XV rugby team are on 'roids, and I know what the signs are. Add that to the fact the kid at no point denied testing positive (until the NFL did for him), which to me implies he stopped in time for them to be out of his system, but didn't deny because he had used them and thought maybe he'd miscalculated it or something. Anyway, his footage isn't that impressive anyway, so no thanks.

3. Clay Matthews Jr

Meet USC future flop B. The kid has just a handful of college starts, and I have no idea why he's ranked so highly on draft boards.

Those are the only 3 that I really don't want us to draft.
