The Snellvillain
Just think when our TRUE ace Hudson gets back. Glavine will probably be pushed out, or maybe Campillo or Kamakaze if either of them are struggling. I'm excited about being one of the few teams in the league with 2 aces on the staff once Huddy gets back. The Phillies only have Hamels, and the Mets have Maine and Santana, but rumors are already swarming that Santana may be on a rapid decline. Everyone knows he lost about 5 MPH from his fast ball last year, and now people are saying he has a lot of stinging and soreness in his elbow and has lost an additional 2 MPHs on it. He's down to like 89-91. That isn't bad by any means, but nowhere close to where he used to be. This is the first time in 2-3 years that I've been really excited about this team. Scott da 6'0
Yep. It'll probably take until next season to really show our good rotation off, simply because Hudson is out until August and Hanson may not be up for a while. All I know is that I'd hate to face Lowe, Hudson, Hanson, and Jurrjens in a 4-game series..not to mention Vazquez who is a proven, dependable guy, and Kawakami who at least in Japan, was very good. Unknøwn
Yeah if everyone lives up to their potential going into next season the rotation is going to be nasty with some combination of Hudson, Lowe, Jurjens, Kawakami, Hanson and Vazquez
Falconsfan567
I said this after we signed Lowe and Kawakami. If Moylan and Soriano are healthy our entire pitching staff has the chance to light it up. That's why I'm not worried about the offense. If our pitching staff does their job we won't have to score a boat load of runs to win games.I can't wait to see it happen on the field to prove all those "experts" and everyone else wrong.
