so Norwood is great then right????

he has close to that in 8 1/2 games.

since you count Bush's return yards........you gotta count Norwoods.

are you serious? on kickoffs the ball carrier doesn't even come 5 yards from contact with someone until he gets to the 20. since you gotta be so childish about it:

reggie- 844 yards in 8.5 games

norwood- 728 in 14 games

I want to say nola doesn't know how to look up stats because I don't want to call him a liar! Hear are the real stats:

All Purpose

Norwood 1767

Bust 1114

Norwood running 4.9 ypc

Bust running 3.8 ypc

Norwood WR 9.2 ypc

Bust WR 8.5 ypc

These are the things nola won't tell you but I will...he only pulls out what benefits Bust!

what i posted are the real stats wfw.

your comparing a guy who has returned kicks, where the man with the ball runs for 20-25 yards before he even gets touched. norwood has 43 returns this year, for a average of 24 yards. that part might have been a joke, but your smarter than that wfw.

here's the part that you aren't telling people, games 1-8 norwood averaged 5.9 ypc. games 9-15, the past 7 games, norwood has averaged a pathetic 2.8 ypc. don't hide that wfw. reggie on the other hand, averaged 3.4 ypc in games 1-8, and has averaged 5.8 in the games he has played since week 9.

and the pass reception yardage? people don't focus as much attention to norwood as they do to reggie in the pass game. most of norwoods passes most likely come from him being wide open. reggie also has 19 more receptions in how many less games? reggie is by far the better reciever out of the back field. no denying that.

your bring up these ypc averages vs a guy who has the ball in his hands alot, vs a guy who rarely touches the ball. reggie touches the ball 19 times a game, while norwood touches the ball 8 times a game. now why is that? if norwood was so good the falcons would get him the ball.

the nfl is about what have you done for me lately?

All purpose means all purpose! I'm just showing the stats you choose not to show. Even if we compare just receptions and running Norwood has about the same yards on less touches with a better ypc average! For about $64 MIL less than Bust!

dude, the only fans that would take norwood over reggie is falcon fans. it's the truth, it's a fact. reggie is far more productive, hence the norwood rarely touching the ball. reggie has over 100 more offensive yards than norwood in basically 6.5 less games. did i show any average stats? norwood is that high because he gets rarely gets the ball, and when he does it's situational. you choose to not show the 2.8 ypc average the past 7 games. but let me guess, that doesn't matter?

reggie is the better player and far more important to his team.

That's your contention and Falcons fans are happy with who we have. I would think many other fans that understand real value would a gree with us. I know we're happy with our workhorse Turner as well!

the value of rarely touching the ball? answer my question, if he is so good why does he only get 8 touches a game? why has he averaged a dismal 2.8 ypc the past 7 weeks?

if you can find one fan that would take norwood over reggie i'll give you credit, but i doubt you would.

They've said it you use not to recognize it. I ask you how much longer do you think Bust will be in football? What do you think he'll be know for?

let me see it then, and don't dig up the ones from 07 when reggie was playing with a bad knee and ankle. and reggie will be in for a long long time, that i can guarantee.

I had forgotten that Bush was injured last year as well. He did make it through '06 healthy right?

yes, he did. but as i've stated, his injury this season was more of the team being igorant and impatient, not laying off his workload. his injury occurred with 0 seconds left on the clock in the first half, on a punt return.

A $70 MIL RB that can't stay healthy in the NFL= Not For Long! ;);)

how long you've been savin that one?

like i've said, reggie's contract helps the team. they redid it before this season, the saints have the 4th most caproom of any team in the league. also, have the 4th highest payroll. loomis is a genius at working the contracts.

As long as the Saints stay perennial losers and still have Bust!

what does that mean? it has nothing to do with the debate...

like i've said, that bust has over 3000 career yards and 24 td's. the only way you should bring up the word bust and reggie bush in the same sentence is talking about as of right now he won't have a bust in the hall of fame. he is far far from a bust. if you wanna talk about bust talk about that pathetic de yall have, you know the one yall gave 29 mil and 14 mil guaranteed too.
